These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pines Recovery Life website (the “Site”) operated by Pines Recovery Life (referred to herein as “Pines,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Content on this Site is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. No doctor–patient relationship

Use of this Site does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship between you and Pines Recovery Life. A clinical relationship is established only after formal admission and clinical intake.

You may access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its supporting systems;
Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
Impersonate Pines, our staff, or any other person or entity;
